A cornerstone of Access Belize's local capacity building is through its Continuing Medical Education (CME) Conferences & Workshops for an international and local audience. Local and regional clinicians benefit from Access to cutting edge continuing education; and professional development through networking with international CME providers and colleagues.
International participants have the opportunity to engage in a dynamic developing country with international peers and colleagues presenting opportunities for professional collaboration, networking and personal enrichment. Each event content is specifically curated with both an international and local audience in mind; focusing on challenging and relevant topics which apply broadly across borders, societies and cultures. International participants take home further refined global health perspectives; while local participants greatly enhance their knowledge base and international contacts.
Our aim is to facilitate rich exchange and cross-cultural learning between international guests, local guests and our presenters. All while experiencing the culture and beauty of Belize's nature and tapestry of cultures.
