Healthcare Access for Belize

Clinical and Therapy programs in Belize combine clinical experience and supervised hands-on learning with a holistic study abroad experience in Belize. Faculty-led student groups provide critical services to underserved populations at local retirement home(s) and private clients who lack Access to consistent care. All of our study abroad programs include a full cultural orientation, cultural immersion activities, recreation and clinical activities. 

Access Belize partners with Discovery Global Travel, a US based full service study abroad company  that provides the rigorous program and academic quality assurance, travel services, itinerary development, and contractor network to ensure a seamless student and faculty experience from start to finish. University and Organizational partners provide academic guidance and rigor. Together, our partners provide the resources   that make the clinical work in Belize possible.
